Have you ever played the game "one of these things doesn't belong with the other?" I think I look out of place for maybe more than one reason! At my right side is 1st councilor Ross Belnap and on my left side is Todd Payne, 2nd Councilor. Mark Evans is the Stake Exec. Sec. and Kevin Smith is the Clerk.
